Last updated: 23 October 2026.

Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Dongguan Qishi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@aubiwe.com or use our Contact page.

Contact address: Room 601, Building 2, No. 22 Yongkang Road, Dongshan, Qishi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China

Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business email, company, country or region, product category or interest, model number, expected quantity, specifications and project requirements. We may also retain correspondence about your request.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process the relevant form. Other fields are optional. Without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or assess your request. Please provide only information relevant to your business enquiry and avoid passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website may be processed by the website server or infrastructure providers, including IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information. Form protection uses a temporary security identifier derived from the submitting IP address to limit repeated requests; this is separate from visitor analytics.

How and Why We Use Information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, review product requirements, prepare quotations, discuss technical specifications and customization, coordinate samples or projects, and maintain the related business correspondence. We also use necessary technical information to operate the website, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot problems and protect records.

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, we process information as necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting our services, subject to your rights. For contacts acting on behalf of a company, handling the business relationship is generally based on those legitimate interests. Where consent is required, we will seek it separately; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Access, Storage and Disclosure

Enquiry records are stored in the website database and are accessible to authorized personnel for handling your request. If enquiry email notifications are enabled, the relevant details are also sent to the designated business recipients through the configured email service.

Where needed to operate the website or respond to you, information may be handled by providers of hosting, email, infrastructure or technical support acting for us. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.

Our business team is based in China, and information you submit to us is handled there. Service providers may process information in other countries depending on the services used. Where applicable law imposes conditions on an international transfer, the required legal basis and safeguards must be in place. You can contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies, Analytics and Website Protection

The website does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator authentication; these are separate from ordinary product browsing and enquiry handling.

Enquiry forms use validation, anti-spam checks and temporary request-frequency limits. These measures protect the form and do not provide visitor statistics. Your browser settings can control cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in functions. If we introduce optional tracking or other technologies requiring consent, we will update this policy and provide the required choices before activating them.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to assess and respond to the request, manage an ongoing project or business relationship, and address related legal, accounting or dispute requirements. The appropriate period depends on the enquiry status, subsequent correspondence, any resulting agreement and applicable legal obligations; there is no single retention period for every enquiry.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted or anonymized. A request to delete information will be assessed against any legal need to retain it. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire and should not be used for unrelated purposes. The form’s temporary request-frequency record expires after approximately one hour.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To make a request, email sales@aubiwe.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law and explain any applicable restrictions. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction; this does not require you to contact us first.

Security

Access to enquiry records is restricted through administrative permissions, and forms apply validation and abuse-prevention measures. No website, storage system or method of communication can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive material that is unnecessary for the initial enquiry.

External Websites and Services

Our website includes links to services such as the 3D Product Center and WhatsApp. When you choose to open an external service or communicate through it, its own privacy policy and terms govern its handling of information. Those services may process technical information or messages independently of this website.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy when our website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date. Where the law requires a separate notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
