IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
Manufactured In-House. From Materials to Finished Products.
All manufacturing processes presented here are carried out in-house at the manufacturing facilities of Dongguan Qishi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Power Cords
Materials, conductors, cable and plugs are manufactured in-house; material compounding and copper stranding are separate upstream processes.
Material Compounding
Material mixing and pelletizing prepare compounds to the specified cable and plug material requirements.
Copper Stranding
Copper wires are stranded to form the conductor construction required by the cable specification.
Extrusion & Cutting
Cable materials are extruded around the conductors and the cable is cut to the required length.
Wire Stripping & End Preparation
Cable ends are stripped and prepared for the specified plug or connector assembly.
Plug Assembly & Molding
Prepared cable and plug components are assembled and molded to the specified construction.
Testing & Packaging
Finished power cords are checked against the agreed requirements and packed for delivery.
Plug Inserts
Copper pin cutting, injection molding, spring assembly, automated inspection and tray loading are followed by carton packing and warehousing.
Copper Pin Cutting
Copper pins are cut to the specified lengths for the plug insert construction.
Injection Molding
The insulating insert body is injection-molded around the positioned copper pins.
Spring Plate Assembly
Spring plates are fitted to the molded insert according to the specified assembly configuration.
Automated Inspection
Assembled inserts undergo automated inspection against the specified product requirements.
Automated Tray Loading
Inspected inserts are automatically placed into trays for organized handling and packing.
Carton Packing & Warehousing
Tray-packed inserts are packed into cartons and moved into storage for order preparation.
